Kazumi has been teaching Japanese at Maloney Interdistrict Magnet School in Waterbury for 23 years, working with students from Pre-K through 5th grade. She has served on the NCJLT and AATJ boards and currently represents AATJ at CT COLT. Emiko has been teaching Japanese at Maloney Interdistrict Magnet School since 2019. She is dedicated to creating an engaging classroom environment where students feel inspired to explore new cultures and languages.
