Nomination: CT COLT Language Teacher of the Year 2022

This is the nomination form for the Connecticut Council of Language Teachers 2022 Language Teacher of the Year.  Educators can self-nominate or nominate deserving colleagues.  For information about this award, the CT COLT awards page.  Nominations must be completed by May 14, 2021 and application packets are due by May 21, 2021.  To continue with the nomination process, please click "register" to complete the short nomination form.  The CT COLT Teacher of the Year committee will reach out to candidates with information for completing the application packet.
